It's not just a few people who expect our local government to lead on climate change abatement. The Yale Program on Climate Change Communication shows the vast majority of people in our county and metro area think so too. People want this.

As a city, we need to do all that is possible to limit the use of fracked gas and to address the issue of climate change in whatever way possible for our children, grandchildren and the future. Going for 100% renewable as a city is most important. A step in the right direction. We can and should do it.
