The opening of the jr high program for sept 2017 is crucial for the sucess of the students, the program and development of productive multilingual citizens. The discreditation and devaluing of the program would be shameful on the CBE part, and devastating for hundreds of families . This letter needs to be addressed by governing powers immediately.
