It was so nice to have this store in our neighborhood in the 70's. It would be great to have it back.

Please allow our community a small business it desperately needs. My mother and many lives would be changed by a conventence store within walking distance.

I believe letting this good fellow taxpayer open this convenient store up for local use would serve nothing but good purpose under his care he has ran and maintained proper consistency at other locally owned convenient/deli. Ect I believe this would be good for all parties involved !

This is absolutely something our community needs especially after all the loss and closing of our only local grocery store . As a resident of 30+ yrs
I vote YES to the new ownership and re-open of the late Bill's/Bud's market store
Sincerely the Watkins family

Rezoning this back to business use makes far more sense with the lack of any kind of grocery in the Northridge community and this being zoned residential serves ZERO purpose no one could nor would be able to live here and make this a home (unless squatters) took yet another empty vacant property and run it down until the township has blade cutters demolish yet another property! We as a community would love to see this rezoned back for business purpose it would be a great asset for this neighborhood.

My mother grew up in Northridge and often talked about riding her bike to this store. Now that I live here with my own family, I think it would be a great thing to have a store back in the neighborhood.

This store was my childhood memories, even my kids had the joy of walking to this place when they was at grandma's house. This location was always convenient for all the kids. This would be a great asset to Northridge after the tornados took so many stores from us.
