Ban school uniform in all High School's in Fife

Uniform is a basic part in our everyday lives but when at Secondary school there are more important things. Being stopped by Depute Rectors for wearing skinny jeans or a laced black jumper instead of them being in class being educated. Paying for uniform is an extra cost to parents too! The uniform isn't even the problem, it is the people who abuse it by wearing other "non-school uniform" items. The whole point is so we are the same, but we aren't! Lets get rid of uniform so we can all be the same!
