This is terrible. Animals are for life, to be loved and given a loving home. Not be treated like this. Il never understand people who mistreat any animal in any way.

I've monitored peanuts progress these past few weeks and although he's a lot better now thanks to radar, he was in a pitiful state when he first came in. I don't think his old owners should be allowed to keep any other animals due to peanuts mistreatment.

Please stop thes people from owning another dog,make away the new one they have. They should not be allowed to ever own an animal,again.
