this is great if we can make it happen! I wish this included Ocean View. I still sign in hope that this will be a step towards no fly zones for our family's here OV. We do t get as many as the other ares but we should be able to feel safe in our safe palces without helicopters AND drones flying over our homes!

I hope this will include ocean view as we have outdoor showers here and my children and myself have to run inside and hide every time they come through. Just last week a tour helicopter flew through so low that they scared my kids when they popped over the ridge and the they were surprised by the noise. Our privacy is being violated. This must stop!!

Constant noise problem. Can't hear the tv when it's on. We have to talk louder amongst each other or on the phone. Tired of helicopters flying over my home and intruding in my safety zone.

It is just wrong to have these things take short cuts to save a few $. I figure the tourists would love the extra couple minutes of flight time.

FOR THE PAST 17 YEARS, WITH NO AIR TOUR MANAGEMENT PLAN, THE AIR TOUR OPERATORS HAVE ASSIGNED THEIR “QUALITY OF LIFE STANDARD” TO HAWAI’I RESIDENTS. THEY CONTINUE TO LOBBY FOR NO REGULATIONS AND OPERATE PRETTY MUCH AS THEY PLEASE. WITH NO SET ROUTES OR ENFORCEABLE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS. THEY FLY OVER RESIDENTIAL HOMES RELENTLESSLY, MANY EXPERIENCE OVER 100 FLIGHTS DAILY WITH NO RECOURSE.

These guys flying Helicopters are making lots of money. Our neighborhoods are not for them to take advantage of, they need a route that is not over us. Go around!
