Truly one of America's all-time music treasures! I still vividly remember writing a rave review for my high school newspaper ( the mid=1970's) about The Phoenix Concerts album. It still remains one of my favorites to this day 2/20/2017!!!

I was walking down memory lane and "tripped over" a tree root, you know how they reck sidewalks, and I found myself watching John Stewart on You Tube singing his wonderful songs. I just let his singing take me back and I could actually feel my similiar feelings as, when I first heard his songs all those years ago. My name is Cameron McCreary and my mother taught me to appreciate music. I turned 60 years old this year but will always enjoy John's music. May Our Lord Jesus be with you and your family until He comes to take us home.

I have been listening to music by John Stewart since I was six years old, when he joined the Kingston Trio. I'm 61 now and still listen to it. His lyrics and his voice reach into my heart. He deserves this honor for his timeless songwriting.
