John Stewart was one of America's greatest song writers. He wrote/preformed so many great song and had a wide and diverse following. Some of the songs he wrote: Day Dream Believer, California Bloodlines, Keeper of the Flame, July, You're a Woman. I could go on for ever but I won't. I will remind you of his great albumn where he preformed all his songs, California Bloodlines. It reached # 37 on the all time albums and sayed there many years until being edged down by the great Michael Jackson. He loved, wrote and captured the America that he loved. His longevity spaned from the 1960's untill his death in 2008. Please consider this giant, this wonderful performer and most of all a great song writer. Thank you.

John's music has enriched my life. My only regret is that when I moved to Marin I did not know he lived and performed nearby and I never saw him and Buffy perform.
