Decker, you complain about dealing with this for 11 years, why not try to advance yourself in the department so you don't have to deal with us "deadbeats"? Try becoming a sergeant, do something meaningful with you life. Quit living on your power trip doing the least amount of work as possible in the marine division. You might need to re-evaluate who the real deadbeat is. You would think finally being in a relationship that lasted longer than one night would make you a happier person.
