LETS GET THE SUSPENSION OF THE HEAD COACH (TANYA CHAPMAN) OF CITY OF ORANGE SWIM CLUB OVER TURNED

This is very unfair children are not allowed to bully why are these so called adults allowed to get away with this. No person should feel bullied intimidated or singled out this this. Stay strong and keep your head held high Tanya you are loved and supported by many

Tanya is the best coach and a beautiful person. Orange council couldn't organise a raffle let alone know if they suspended someone was the correct process. Orange council can't wait to see you in court this would be good to watch all of get humiliated.

Keep your head high Tanya you will come out of this a stronger person because people who lie will eventually be show cased.

So so unfair. Council you need to investigate more because you have all been played. What happened to someone is innocent until proven guilty nothing has been proven as usual the decision is based on false allegations and assumptions.

This is so unfair. Just shows that council don't care about the kid's and care about manipulating lifeguards.

Tanya is always supportive to all kids. Tanya doesn't even talk to lifeguards so how can she intimidate them.

Council you need to investigate your staff they have lied and you have been played as a fool Wake up council you have a policy to protect everyone in the facility so why have you failed to protect Tanya we know because you don't like her but guess what she is so much smarter then all you clowns.

Council dont hide from the trurh and do something your lifeguards that manage the pool are only young kids and we all know that they dont really care about the job that they do. Everytime i am down at the centre lifeguards are always standing around talking and u have to say that the facility is so dirty and i never see much cleaning going on. Have a look at the disabled toilet in the 25m pool it is dirty. The time that you are spending on petty crap takes it away from what should be done. Also i have looked back at notes and around 8 years ago a coach Down at the pool had a massive argument and there was even push and shove going on but no-one got suspended what a joke. Council has always been inconsistent with decisions that are made. Follow procedures and this will minimize. Council you need to answer the public's questions to what was the reason you based your decision on. Wake up orange city council what you have done is so unfair.

I am related to a lifeguard down at the pool and guess what my niece has informed me that certain lifeguards have been told to document and monitor Tanyas behaviour and i asked my niece why and all she could say is that certain lifeguards dont like Tanya and they have been told by senior lifeguards and management to record every move Tanya makes because they wanted to have a reason to suspend her from the pool. This is so wrong I am begging for someone to investigate because otherwise this is going to get ugly and young lifeguards will end up in court because this is what i would do if i was in this position. I have seen Tanya at carnivals and all i can say is that Tanya is a loud and proud coach very well liked by surrounding coaches across the state.

Tanya please don't let this decision upset you they aren't worth it and what i have been told you will be better off and everyone will follow you because they don't want Anyone else. Keep holding your head high and keep doing what you are best at and we all know what that is coaching.

What a joke. Surely ORANGE COUNCIL cant be responsible of making a decision like this what a joke. COUNCIL are you aware that this will cause this young lady reputation damage does a decision like this out way they cost that council will have to pay We have some dumb people on our council.

Tanya we miss you we love you. Just walk into the centre what are they going to do i reckon we should protest out the front of the pool Come on family and friends lets protestv down at the pool.

Well what i would like to know is i have seen emails be sent out about the new club and I have a couple of questions: *who is the director of coaching i havent seen this advertised as yet? * why did we only recieve information last Friday from council about squads for the new club? * why cant this new club be suspended until Tanya is reinstated entry to the pool why cant the best coach In orange be apart of the new club. Alright councilors you all have been manipulated and some didn't believe Tanya now you all should be able to read between the lines and see that there was an agenda all along and that was to get rid of Tanya and that is exactly what has happened. First they attack her Daughter and now they attack Tanya i know for a fact that this is a personal attack on Tanyas family i hope that council have a really good solicitor because it isn't looking good at all friend an outsiders view.
