LETS GET THE SUSPENSION OF THE HEAD COACH (TANYA CHAPMAN) OF CITY OF ORANGE SWIM CLUB OVER TURNED

Tanya is by far the best coach ib the centralwest. I don't care if i have to travel for Tanya to coach because there is no way i am going to let any of the Jets coaches coach my daughter they have no idea.

What a joke suspending someone because the lifeguards supposedly feel unsafe what did Tanya do walk into the centre with a knife or a gun. What a joke i reckon some of the lifeguards should own up and tell the truth because i am a parent of one of the kid's Tanya coaches and guess what i am quite happy to stand on a witness stand when this goes to court because i can tell you right now last Thursday morning a lifeguard approached me and we were talking and they apologised for what happened to Tanya and i replied with if you don't mind how did you first hear about it and this particular person said that on the Wednesday evening the day Tanya received the email the staff got an email informing them of Tanyas suspension. This particular lifeguard cant believe how petty council is becsuse they said that they honestly think that Tanya is a nice person but can read between the lines and see that certain lifeguards are trying to get Tanya kicked out of the centre. COUNCIL go and investigate becsuse how do i know that an email got sent out to staff on Wednesday evening 19th september go figure. I cant wait for this to go to media

Its good to have honesty people and soon Orange council is going to bite the dust (doomed) and those responsible will lose their jobs. How can they target an innocent victim who's just helping kids to achieve their goals and ambition. This is a form of abuse and those responsible should face the consequences. There is more to this and the truth will come out. This suspension was targeted. The council suspended Tanya 2 weeks before they form their own club which is going to be formed on 1st October 2018. The swimmers tears, parents tears and Tanya Chapman tears will not go for nothing. The truth will come out soon and investigations needs to be carried. More people from the council will lose their jobs and will start blaming each other or threaten each other.

Well i work on council and i have heard from the directors mouth that this was the plan from the beginning we will suspend TANYA because we don't want her to be apart of the new club now or never. I don't care if this gets out because what i know and what has been done is so unfair. Council think about what you have done or otherwise i will go to the paper. No denying Tanya is a FANTASTIC coach and we all can see that results speak for themselves.

This just shows how corrupt the council is. Looking at statistics of swimming results in Orange. City of orange being coached by Tanya Chapman produced kids that competed at country championships, state championships and National championships and got medals. For example one of the kids I forgot her name but starts with "F" who is always in the papers and TV was coached by Tanya from the age of 6 and this year she won silver at National level in Tasmania. How good is that putting Orange on the map. I saw her articles again in the papers recently and still winning medals at state. Now this is the time to let everything out. The other clubs who uses orange aquatic centre produce nothing I mean competitive swimmers who qualify for country, state and Nationals and win something. Few weeks ago kids went for state championships and from city of orange 7 swimmers qualified for state and only 1 swimmer (from JETS) who competed at state level and brought home NIl medals. City of orange brought home 10 medals. The other club might have more kids but results speaks more than words. Tanya Chapman have been bullied, intimidated by orange aquatic staff including the swimmers that Tanya coach. Tanya Chapman have been humiliated in front of the swimmers and their parents but never complained. Tanya Chapman is the only female coach who is producing results more than the Male coaches and the female coaches from the other club (JETS). Is this jealousy or NOT? The orange aquatic atmosphere changed for the worst since 2 years ago. Last but not least most of parents who work for the council belong to the club that is joining the council (JETS) There is more to this than what the public and what the city of orange parents/kids know. The truth will come out. Tanya Chapman you need to sue the Council for this injustice and discrimination. My niece who is/was being coached by Tanya is very depressed. The council didn't think that by suspending Tanya this will also affect kids

WELL WELL here we go again Orange City Council at their very best banning another well known swimming identity Tanya Chapman. This is absolutely bloody ridiculous and outlandish just because the Aquatic Centre staff felt uncomfortable working with Tanys presence in the Aquatic Centre. Tanya has been severely inconvenienced over the merge of the two clubs Tanya and the City of Orange Swimming Club Committee and members choose not to merge into the new Council approved club and has been treated unfairly ever since and this is another way to get out of the Aquatic Centre this is one of the lowest decisions that the Aquatic Centre Managment and Orange City Council can make what an absolute disgrace. Tanya is a very dedicated passionate and well respected coach within the Community of Orange with a large number of swimmers under her control and guidance to coaching of these swimmers and getting them to Country, State and National levels in Swimming one of the highest accolades a coach could wish for and Tanya reached that goal. P.S all I wish for is that the Council and Aquatic Centre conduct a thorough investigation into this issue and lift this frivolous ban and let her get back to what she loves doing coaching her swimmers and putting smiles back on their faces.

Suspension I have known Tanya Chapman for approximately 3 years in this time if knowing Tanya her professionalism to what ever she does should be highly commended, not this ,Just because some stuck-up , no gooder thinks they better then anyone else from Orange swimming club can't get their own way ,this person has suspended a very highly respected coach as well as a professional coach , for no reason other then their own self gratification or personal gain, I call on Orange city council it investigate this matter further n reprimanded these person responsible for this ridiculous injustice to Tanya Chapman, I call on all Orange swimming club members . Non members & members of other swimming clubs who know Tanya Chapman to get behind her now to prove to Orange city council n Orange swimming Club that we are not going to stand for this injustice to Tanya Chapman, n I also call on the Parents that Tanya Chapman coaches to show how discussed they are with Orange swimming club n their actions by supporting Tanya at a new Venue if Orange city council or swimming club don't reinstate Tanya Chapman ASAP,

With children in the club, being a tax payer of Orange and holding membership at the Orange Aquatic Centre I find this absolutely ludicrous.

Stand tall Tanya, you have given so much to the sport and your enthusiasm and dedication is a valuable asset to any community. You put Orange on the map!

Dont take it out on the kids keep them swimming with a coach of their choice not forced into another club

This is unfair. A coach that has put plenty of time and effort in only to be kicked out because the council thinks other clubs are more important. A big loss for all the kids.
