Please keep Doug Davidson on Young & Restless for he has been a mainstay charchter forever if you take him off you will loose a lot of your viewers for sure ! Give him some good stuff too sink his teeth into for gosh sakes ! We all love him !!! Sincerly one of his many fans. Margaret A. Asher.

I love "Paul" and I'm furious that Y&R has released him! As a avid fan of the show I have not liked the recent story lines and for the 1st time as a life long fan I'm going to quit watching because it seems the show doesn't care about its audience and their actors! !! Goodbye and wishing Doug well! !

Mal Young.. Wake up & smell the friggen coffee!! We want Doug Davidson to stay! I've watched since 1973 and I must admit that YOU have continued to decimate this show since you arrived , you have destroyed core families (Jack isn't an Abbott???) ( Fire Doug Davidson, no more Williams???) ( Brought back Hunter as Summer, but yet you refuse to give us Micheal Muhney??) ( You continue to ram Tessa down our throats but won't recast Chelsea???) ( You send Noah to the Middle East , yet bring on a new family Rey & Aurturo???) And where in the hell is the fabulous Judith Chapman??) and yet we continued to watch, although I only watch one day a week now and fast forward through most of the show because it's garbage, but, I held out hope especially after learning of Josh Griffith's return, but now with no Doug I am finished with this show, you should have taken a look a Days of Our Lives and the come back it is making buy bringing back core characters and core families, it's what the viewers want to see, they have made only one mistake lately but I am sure Days will see the error of their ways and bring Stephen Nichols back asap.

Doug ( Paul ) has been through it all ! We saw him grow up !
He's an outstanding actor & if Y n R chooses to set him free...it will simply open the door to many other opportunities. Their loss.
I agree with you Mr. Springfield. A huge hit to this soap.
Let's try to keep the familiar faces and personalities that we have grown to enjoy and respect.

Doug Davidson is a staple of Y and R. While I support bringing in younger actors and new storylines, treating a veteran actor this way is ridiculous! Doug should not only stay but the writers should include him in the current storylines. ESP those that are centered around the police station!!
