After 40 years for Y&R to do this is about as low as you can get. I'm starting to question myself as to why I'm still watching...Show some class Y&R...

I hope you don't plan on replacing Davidson with this Ray character. He don't hold a dim candle to our Genoa Police commissioner . Doug Davidson will do so much better in his career if let go anyways.

Leave Paul on and give him new storylines. We need the older actors to stay on he is part of the history of the show!

I love Davidson. He adds class and history to the show. Paul is an important thread who is the Young and the Restless.

It’s heartbreaking that you could let a seasoned veteran like Doug Davidson go. Y&R has been my favorite soap since I started watching at the beginning. I’m not happy with the way the writing is now. Please change this and reinstate Doug

He's to good to let go. They need Doug to keep us older fans. All of those new. Actors aren't that good without older actors to keepshow interesting. I am very dissatisfied with how Y & R is heading. Please keep him

Y & R, maybe you'll pay closer attention when the lights are off for you and the others. We have told you what we want! And we are demanding everyone restored back to the show other Summer, kyle, Mariah and what's her name the girlfriend! We even want Hillary and the baby resurrected back into the show and we want this to be done immediately!
My turning my channel will make a difference, trust me on this! You have 24 hours to change the decision on Paul, Lily and the rest!

I have watched Y&R since it 1st aired and my daughter also watches. We love Doug Davidson's character Paul Williams. The success of the show is due solely to the way Doug and the other actors on the show are able to connect with the audience. There are so many excellent actors in daytime tv and Doug is among the best! Keep him on the show!

It's a shame that y'all are getting rid of the people who have been on YR the longest! Jeanie Cooper would have given y'all an earful!

So is it Y&R's intention to phase out every one who wasn't even born in 73 when show began. Many of us have been watching since the beginning. So I guess if they are oit we should be also

Not only does Doug need to be on the show but his character needs a much broader story line. I’ve been watching for 40 years and Paul is a favorite
