Sounds like age discrimstion to me!! Certainly the writers are young and can’t see life past a certain age. There is no reason that he can’t play a valuable part in the show. If this blatant age discrimination continues I will stop watching!! We need to start a campaign against age discrimination!!!

The Y & R will be another soap that bites the dust if they continue in the direction they are moving.

I have seen the show's quality suffer. Please keep Doug Davidson on the show and give him more airtime. I do no like the storylines developing and losing interest. Please no more Tessa and Mariah......It's uninteresting. Bring back Paul and Chris

Shame on YNR , R millenials and genxers aren’t r loyal watchers. Baby boomers are. Why don’t the writers get off their butts and create a story line that brings some past events to the future, to let David go is the last straw, I won’t watch anymore.

What is going on with this soap?!?!? Not cool y&r. I have watched this soap for years. Seems like I may have to stop watching if you keep getting rid of veteran actors/actresses. Not cool

I have watched you over the yesrs, and always felt that Y&R never used Douglas and his acting career to his full potential. The story lines are going into a predictable storylines. Get with it writers and quit throwing away all the great people/Actors that you have. Maybe it's time for the producers and writers to move on.
