Outstanding actor! Part of the Y&R family! Feels like CBS is ripping out our hearts eliminating DougDavidson from Y&R! CBS should reconsider since Victor is leaving the show for retirement! This makes two very talented actors leaving the soap. I suspect ratings will begin to fall in 2019. Paul isn’t on the show everyday so why toss him out??? Let Victor go his merry way and keep Paul until he is ready for retirement!

It would be a shame if Doug Davidson doesn't return to The Y and R. He's one of the best on the show. As a long time viewer it's great to see the actors and characters that have been there for so mb any years. Please don't let him go!!!

I have watched your show every day since 3/26/73. I do not like the acting of the new guy and Doug was a perfect Chief. Be real, police chiefs last a long time. If you’re bringing back the Brooks family, that is great but don’t get rid of Doug.

Bring Paul and some of the other ones back. Y&R used to be the top show and now it is falling by the wayside. To many new actors and storylines. Stick to the original that make everyone want to watch it. You are killing off all of your good actors and actresses. I have watched Y&R for over 30 years and this new direction is pathetic.

Please keep him ! He has been on show over 40 yrs. The storyline has been changing , in a direction that I AM not sure if I like it. But have been a fan for over 40 yrs. ( check your script writers )

I hate the direction Y&R has been going. I don't like the new characters and I'm going to miss the ones I've watched since the beginning.

We want to keep some of the long cast stars to make the newbies more acceptable. Dont let all the good ones go to make room for unknowns.
