Why are you killing the history of Y & R? I watched this soap with my Grammy growing up and have continued watching. Keep Paul- he helps make the show bearable and I never fast forward through his parts!!

I have watched Y and R since day one. Let's make a place for the veteran actors and let their characters mature gracefully. You can't tell me as creative as the writers are, they can't come up with a good story line for Doug.

Put him back on the show. I been watching him since day one when he appeared on the show. Won't be the same without him. U took Adam off now him. Come on now. We love our characters, our favorites. Make me not want to watch it... Jill has left. Now Paul... Give the people what they want. Changing characters on me like that. You ought be a shame. Bring Adam back the same person no one different.

Boot the writers instead who have not given this gifted actor anything to really sink his teeth into since the return and disappearance of his son with Nikki Newman- forty years deserves more than what he has been given!
