Paul has been an important family/actor of Y&R for over 27 yrs. plus years. He’s like one of the oldest one still on the show. When you started loss your older actor/actress Y&R will loss all there fans. They will stop watching it. We have already loss some great top actor/actress over the last few months. What I think we need is new writing like we use to have about 20 25 yrs ago.

Please keep Doug Davidson on contract on Y&R. He is a core member of the cast and viewers love him! I have watched the show since the very first day and Doug Davidson as Paul is someone we expect to see. I remember when he first came on the show and all the years that Carl and Mary were on as his parents. I even remember when his sister Patty and Terry Lester's Jack were an item. Doug has a rich history as a cast member. He's a fine actor and he's given his life and loyalty to the show and its viewers. I saw he and Tracey Bregman at the Merv Griffin show about 30 years ago and they were delightful. Please listen to the long time viewers and keep Doug at Y&R.

Itis terrible about letting Doug Davidson go. I've been watching Young and Restless from the beginning. you are doing an injustice getting rid of him'

Please reconsider having Paul (Doug)leave the show!!! Stop bringing in the silly younger actors that have no depth. Paul is a Genoa City staple!!!! Losing another 30year viewer with all the nonsense now on this soap

I have been watching Doug on Y&R since the beginning of time. This character, this actor is as important as Victor Newman! Too much history here to just make him disappear. What the heck are you thinking?
