Bring back Doug Davidson!!!

The show has gone Down Hill. If you are trying to fix something it was not broken. You are losing your Best people and you will decrease your audience viewing. This new leadership sucks.

Please keep Doug Davidson "Paul" on Y&R. He is the main reason I watch and the show. With him gone, I will not watch it.

When you let Muhney go it was bad but at least you still had your soul. I'm sitting the bench with Doug. YOU guys are the once that didn't utilize his brilliance.

I’ve watched my ENTIRE life of 39 years from when my grandma cared for me daily as a baby and now I watch with my own little girl who is 10! Keep the veteran actors. There aren’t many left so surely don’t get rid of any. It’s a disgrace and unthinkable in such a fragile day of soaps!!! Y&R is by far the best, but right now no daytime drama is safe, so don’t ruin the only good one left. Please. It’s part of my life and makes me feel connected to my late grandma and sister!!!

Doug Davidson is a staple of this show. It is so dumb to let him go. I will no longer watch it!

Doug Davidson and Christian LeBlanc out? You have got to be kidding? They are a big part of Y&R! I hate this! I’ve been watching a VERY long time maybe it’s time to stop!!

I’ve watched the Y&R since I was in grade school with my grandma. It’s the one show that I won’t miss but more and more I’m being disheartened with the decisions being made on the show now. Letting your good stars leave is ruining this show. Letting Hilary leave, Ashley leave and Lily on part time status made me sad. Firing Doug Davidson is the worst decision ever. He’s a mainstay of GC. And don’t get me started on this Jack debacle. It’s ridiculous. Fire Mal Young if you’re going to fire anyone.

Your going to cause this show to go off the air! Quit making changes!

I have quit watching Y&R until such time as you let Mal Young and his writers go, and rehire Doug Davidson. His 40 years of loyalty, great acting and solid character should mean something to the folks who control the purse strings. Bring him back and can Mel Young Inc.!!!

What are you thinking to let this seasoned veteran go? Introducing all these newbies is horrible. They cannot act! And the storylines suck!

Y&R and CBS should be ashamed! How could they do this to Doug? I really thought Mal would try and bring the show back to life. Bring back Michael, stop worrying about teenagers watching the show when in reality it's the people that have watched for 20+ years who give them their ratings.

I have been watching Y&R since 1973 and cannot believe you so callously fired Doug, removed Greg Rikaart who made the show so interesting what is wrong with you people? We pay your salary we support the advertisers we are what makes these shows last listen to us!!

This is Insane!!! I can’t comprehend this at all!!! I mean really? Fans don’t like big changes! We are already losing Eileen Davidson as Ashley and now PAUL??? This really could be it for me after decades of watching! Some things you just don’t mess with and this is one of them!!!

There are to many veterans of the show disappearing. Paul has been there since I started watching with my parents back in the early 80's I can't say day one but have been a fan for a very long time, the loss of these actors/characters has made it so I am no longer watching. I may only be one person, but I know many think the same as me.
