Rey is terrible. Make him shave. Bring Paul back as his boss, so much possibilities for story lines.We need core characters to keep long time watchers invested in Y&R Better yet, send Rey back to Miami with Mia to work on their marriage.

I have been watching Y&R since the very first day. I am such a fan I had a Sony Betamax so I didn’t miss! You’ve made the largest staffing mistake ever, you sent Doug David son packing. Y&R is such a home to everyone and for Doug to have left. (On the downlow)with no time to prepare us was unacceptable. I don’t write these letters normally but there is nothing normal about Paul going home and not coming back. Is Paul in the Martin attic investigating the disappearance of Bobby? Yeah writers, I went there, but it makes about as much sense as Paul going to evidence locker never to be seen again. I understand you’d all like to keep your daytime jobs, well I like your daytime jobs. You’re talking (reading) to the last generation who can say they watched with mom and grandma. My granddaughters watched with me when I came home from work every night. They have kids, lives, jobs and it the same kind of time we did for grandma. I aught to know, 1 have 3 great grandchildren and nine watch. But let them hear “the price is right theme” and in they come. This all boils down to one thing, when grandma is running for the bathroom or to stir dinner, you people need to keep the Veteran actors to make the Veteran watchers so happy that they just might get our young ones backache if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) is a wonderful actor been watching him on Young and the Restless for over 35 or more years. I remember when he had his mother Mary and his father and sister on the show along with him. He should never have let him go. He needed more air time and I wrote about that as well. Please bring him back we so miss him on our soap. Good actors are difficult to find and he certainly is talented.
