I would like to see Doug stay on as Paul Williams. I have watch this soap for at least 45 years. I am a loyal fan. Give him the air time that he deserves. Taking main charactes away from the soap is going to drop the ratings and then that will lead to to soap going off the air. The loyal long time fans will stop watching. These characters are like family members to us. Please keep Doug!

Paul is a pillar of the young and restless community! There was reason or storyline given as to his departure, and. Y&R has turned his office into an interrogation room without even an explanation! Even Christine Williams seems lost when she is in the police station. Please bring Paul back! We miss Doug Davidson!

I've been a fan since 1980 and Doug has been a big part of the reason I've remained a fan. He needs to return, his role could be made better with better scenios for him. It has never shown the marriage relationship between him and Christine. Would love to see more of that.

This is a beloved character and I have always supported the Show and All of the Great Actors. However I have Not and Will Not Support a show that Clearly Doesn’t Appreciate Their Valuable Performers! I Haven’t Watched the Show since Mr. Davidson has been gone and I’ve grown up with Him on the Show. I’m 55 years of age.
