I have been watching The Young & Restless for over 40 years, why would you the writers want to write out such a wonderful actor, if you want him to be more interesting, give him a more exciting role!!
It seems like you writers are looking to lose the older viewers too.

Doug is a good man and actor and he has put his life into Young&Restless. They have been adding new characters like Tessa and a few others who really are not that good. Eileen Davidson, Misha Morgan but Please bring Doug back, he did not deserve to be pushed out like that .
