I think this is a brilliant idea. At the age of 26 I have been recently diagnosed with hearing loss and now use a hearing aid. To have had some prior knowledge would have been very helpful in this situation.

it should e common practice to be taught to sign, I was taught as a small child by my Grandfather not for any reason other than he thought I should learn it
