I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of seeing your children wait outside in the biting cold every morning. My own kids are frustrated and I will not stop pushing the administration until they open those doors earlier for everyone.

Seeing this kind of momentum feels like a weight lifting off my chest because I know exactly how much my own kids struggle waiting in the cold. It proves that so many of you are feeling the same frustration with this policy and I am genuinely moved by the support we have built together.

just let them in. what is the point of making them wait on the sidewalk until 7:50?
ARE YOU KIDDING ME. 5 minutes is a big deal when it's freezing out. let them inside already.

7:45 makes way more sense. some kids get dropped off early because of work schedules and standing outside in the cold is just ridiculous.
