Final supporters
We, the undersigned, call upon the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina, to maintain the tax exempt status for all micro-credit organizations in Bangladesh.
We are deeply concerned to see constructive, creative partnership solutions and incremental improvement to help micro-credit organizations such as Grameen Bank and BRAC, organizations that have been critical in helping the Bangladeshi economy and helping get Bangladesh to be known throughout the world. We believe that positive, affirming problem solving rather than destructive, dis-affirming ones will help the nation continue the development she has experienced for the past decade and more.
The long standing tradition of micro-credit organizations must be supported and augmented to help continue the improvement of our developing nation.

So much progress has been made, don't stop it now by taking money away from these banks.
These programs gave my family a way out of poverty. taxing them will only hurt the people who need help most.
Keep politics out of it. The microcredit model is successful and should be left alone.
Microcredit is the backbone of the economy there. Stop trying to mess with a system that actually works.
PLEASE keep the tax status as is. BRAC has done more for our rural villagers than any government office ever could.
