Having grown up playing football in Epsom and Ewell, it hurts to see these clubs come in and think they can takeover. Sport is essential to youth development whether it be physical, mental or spiritual.

Clubs like these are so important and shouldn’t be disregarded for a club with more money!

British Womens football have been experiencing great success in world competitions, but if you start taking away entry level football for Girl's away, then soon the likes of Chelsea will not have a pool of talent in which to find exceptional players. Don't destroy women's football from the bottom up.

Typical, just a showcase for the school for a nice new poster. From the outside looks like the school are turning their backs on local grass roots football.

Absolutely disgusting. The school should be ashamed of themselves. Why do this?

It feels very unfair that girls sport is being affected by Blenheim’s decision. Girls football for Epsom has grown exponentially over the last 4 years. Blenheim’s grounds to practice in have been a huge factor at drawing in so many local girls. The girls now have nowhere to train which will devastate my two children if football is no longer in their lives.

It’s a real shame that young girls may lose the opportunity to play football locally, especially when Chelsea FC already cancelled foundation club trainings last year for younger girls to free the space for more trainings for boys.
