This is a petition for chris bains who was killed in a car crash as a passenger due to the driver speeding on the 29 jan 2012 on mill lane wolverhampton. This petition is signed by all who have no objection for memorial tributes ,flowers and etc to be place at the tree where he died. Many of his friends family visit him at the tree for comfort and peace the council removed all tributes on the 31st july 2012 bcos of a complaint i would be grateful for all who have no objection in keeping his memeory alive to sign and lets keep chris's tree as it should be BEAUTIFUL THANK YOU.
