Let Those Who Ride Decide

As a registered voter in the state of West Virginia and a motorcycle rider I would like to have the choice to wear or not wear a helmet

I’m almost 57 years old if I want to ride without a helmet I should have that choice

Riders chose.

My choice

I think a helmet should be the riders choice and maybe make a law where you have to wear a helmet up to a certain age

Should have their own choices

I hate not being able to not have the choice. It's my life...

I personally will ware a helmet but I am a firm believer in let those who ride decide.

I feel it should be my choice if i want to wear helmet or not. If over 21. I have rode in several states that don't have helmet laws andcwas very enjoyable. A lot of people who ride stay out of WV because of helmet law.

I'm an insurance agent and I ride. I ride and spend money in Ohio because there is no helmet law over there.

I wear a helmet when in States that don’t require, but smaller country roads or around in my hometown, I don’t feel it necessary due to speed limits and amount of traffic

I will still wear my helmet, that should be my decision. Not the government’s. It is not their job to save me from myself.
