Let Those Who Ride Decide

We the people of West Virginia do call upon our Delegates and Senators to enact House Bill 2070 and Let Those Who Ride Decide.

Should be our choice. I mean they pass laws that allow you to chose whether or not to kill your unborn baby but we cant chose to wear a helmet or not sheesh

In my opinion, any rider over the age of 18 should have a choice of whether or not to where a helmet. I should be our right!

I'm from west Virginia and I spend a lot of time there with my family and brothers and sisters who ride

As much as I think helmets are a necessity they should be your choice I mean Jiminy Christmas a woman can choose to abort a baby but I can't choose whether I want to wear a helmet or not I'm of age I should be able to choose my life a woman's choosing to end a baby's life things are getting too ridiculous

We should be able as adults to decide if we want to wear a helmet or not for ourselves

Mountaineers are always free? Prove it.

Live in Clarksburg WV. I have been Riding for 20yrs. I believe in safe riding ALWAYS. But should be able to chose a helmet or not. As many states around us have no helmet laws. That does hinder some riders from coming across the state line because they do not wear a helmet.

I think this is more of a National concern that motorcycle operators should be able to make the decision, at a prescribed age, to wear, or not wear, protective equipment.

Pass bill

Pass the bill so we can get people from other states to come here and ride! It’s a great touristism boost opportunity !
