I support the right to not wear a helmet while riding my motorcycle. I believe the choice should be made by the individual and not through government mandate if the rider is and adult.

Been riding for 40 years. We should be able to decide if we want to wear a helmet or not. I do believe anyone 21 and younger should wear one for safety purposes. I believe once you have been riding fro 10 years you should decide.

Love the freedom of no helmet! I ride to Pennsylvania just for that reason and spend money, gas , food, drinks and more and am usually with at least six others

Will help the state economy bring in out of state income . Believe should be a choice after so many years experience with an endorsement

I am a WV licensed with me endorsement and been riding motorcycles on the highway for 45 years. I would like to have a choice to wear a helmet or not. I support the hb2070. If the bill passes I would have a choice. If so I would still wear one. Support the bill.
