States all around us have lenient helmet laws, why not let our riders make the choice too?

It should be up to the rider if they wear a helmet. More people would ride through the state (spending money) and also be involved in our charitable poker/dice runs, which truly benefits everyone. Give people the choice.

As a registered voter of west Virginia and a motorcycle rider for years please let those that ride decide pass the no helmet deal

Allowing the rider to dicide will boost out of state riders in WV and increase tourasim dollars.
