I have a choice while riding in Ohio at which there ate times weather varying that I chose to wear my helmet, but must stop at YOUR W.V. state line to put it on when in fact I havent wore it till then once again weather varying AT MY DISCRETION! Thanks for considering

I think any one who rides it should be there choice whether they wear a helmet or not Not the law forcing them to

I was always more careful when I rode without a helmet. I rode from WV to Sturgis a couple of times and a helmet wasn't required after I left WV
