I have been down with a helmet and without. I have been hurt by a helmet, sever whiplash (due to sliding along the underside of a bike, the frame caught my helmet and drug me with the bike) and then saved by a helmet. This should be our right to decide.

I was born and raised in North central WV for 81yrs just moved to.ohio last May due to health reasons. My daughter her husband and friends enjoy riding with the choice to wear helmet or not. My wife chooses too when she rides with our son in law

As a motorcycle rider and a registered voter in West Virginia please let the bill pass

I personally use a helmet , but I also think it's your right to decide when you ride !
