Our kids need their education. I also have a Senior with developmental needs who deserves his Senior year!

The kids need school, sports, friends, their teachers! There should be no restrictions on any of these! Full time with transportation!

Please begin the school year under the previous normal routine. We have 4 grchildren in the SCPS and
they desperately need a consistent
and steady learning environment . Their future intellect and life skills depend on it!! If parents are not comfortable sending their own children due to COVID, then that is their choice! But your choice and your obligation to shen co taxpayers is to open all schools M-F to all grade levels and to continue to provide the best in person educational experiences.

Offer regular schooling and let parents decide what is best for their children. That way the parents can be held accountable. Students need to be in school!

These children will not get correct education with just going one day a week or not at all. Parents will have to move around their work schedules to be able to take care of the child during school hours... It makes no sense to keep the kids out of school..

Supporting families with children. Their futures depend on a proper education with equality for all children. My tax dollars pay for education and I want to see having a full education utilized.

Full time school is essential for our children. They’re in need of some normalcy, and many parents need the option to go back to a normal work schedule as well. Our taxes pay for Monday through Friday in class schooling plus transportation to and from school and we should always have that available. If daily health checks, masks recommendations, and only a few days a week are going to be offered I will choose to homeschool my children instead. Just like many other that feel the same. So sad because I have decided against homeschool in the past since my children love school so much.

I think that ALL kids need to go back to school full time not just kids of school teachers. A lot of kids are far enough behind now because they don't have the same resources that are available to other kids. So send the kids back to school full time With transportation. If some parents feel better keeping their kids home they can but the ones that want to go back to school should not be denied having their learning in a classroom.

Children/ teens need hands on learning. Corona virus isn’t going away anytime soon or ever. Take precautions while in school of course, but bring back regular schooling period.
