The proof is in the pudding folks. Guaranteed the cities rate of vandalism increases everytime u take a spot from graffiti artist. Politicans take heed... provide a place reduce the costs

The city of Victoria lets many abandoned boarded up eyesores sit for YEARS without holding the property owners accountable but when a group of artistic, community spirited individuals come together to create some very impressive artwork on such a site, City action is swift and decisive. Typical Victoria. No fun city. Uninspired home of the wealthy and the privileged.
