As a british citizen I find the UK immigration system totally unjust. I have been with my partner, Nataly Stadnik 26 months now. We have applied for 3 visas and are waiting for a decision on the 3rd. 2 of these have been unsuccessful. Nataly resides in the Ukraine and were very close to signing an EU association agreement in November 2013. We have been waiting 60 days now for a decision on our 3rd application which we submitted on the 6/12/13. When we have met all the criteria who are these people in the home office to judge us and say we don't hold a 'genuine and subsisting relationship' when we submit proof otherwise. Why does it feel like we are being treated like criminals and are on trial, I have submitted proof of income so that I can support Nataly, signed a declaration that she wont claim benefits, that she has comfortable accomodation, 6 letters from family, friends and employee, 100+ photos, 300 odd emails, skype chats, face book chats, proof we intend to marry. Should we be granted this visa so we can carry on our lives. Yes or No ?

I don't think the country of your birth should stop a couple who are genuinely in love from making a life together.

I fully support Chris and Nataly's application for Nataly to reside in England with her partner, Chris. I know that a genuine and subsisting relationship can be hard to prove, but people that are not as honest, enter the country illegally and 'lose' their passports are given free reign of our country because it is not possible to remove them until it is discovered what country they originally came from. Nataly and Chris have a genuine relationship. The love they have for each other is proven everyday they are apart but remain in love. Please approve their application. It is a travesty not to.
