We founded Nerf Front at SIUE with the goal of bringing people together in a safe, recreational environment. Our guiding principles were simple: we want to be all-inclusive and fun for everyone. Moving our club off-campus patently excludes those without transport, and charging membership fees to rent a space excludes those who can't pay.

Just make all the members take a risk management class and sign waivers.. I understand the concern for safety but you could always do a test run to see if it will work out.
Many other campuses allow nerf events and I would love to come out to an event
