What was the prank? This might help to decide if the punishment is to harsh or not. With all the things that can go wrong in a school these days maybe this is the only way the School Dist. feels they can stay on top of things. It does seem a bit over the top but if each year something like this happens what are people going to say when it goes south and harmless becomes harmfull! It will be the School Dist that gets racked over the coals for not taking a more active role in preventing things before they get out of hand. So, What was the prank?

They deserve to walk. If they aren't allowed to walk that's ridiculous. Seniors are supposed to have fun! This aggravated me a lot when I read this.

Every senior year pranks are done. this was harmless. they worked hard to earn this and the penalty does not fit the actions of the students. let them walk.
