My school does harmless senior pranks every year. Its traditional and it is a good way of the seniors saying bye to their classmates.

While I don't know the students, I disagree with the School Board! The children earned their diploma and not allowing them to walk with their class is an unfit punishment. While I agree that the children should be held accountable, the punishment does not fit the crime. Please rethink this punishment and have them do some other sort of restitution. Allow them to celebrate their accomplishments and allow their loved one's to celebrate along with them. GRHS, School District # 2, you are better than this! LET THEM WALK!

Let them walk!!! Shouldn't there be true representation from the high school, not letting them walk would just show a bad name for the school district!! Let the kids be kids this is a tradition that has went on forever! Don't take away there accomplishments!

I don't know these boys but if the story I heard is true - that they were planning harmless pranks, then I would say the punishment does not fit the crime. I understand the need to try to prevent such things from occurring, but Graduation is a significant event in a persons life and it feels as though those making the decision were flexing their muscle to prove a point and make an example of these kids.
If the Board members children were involved would they feel differently about their decision? I'm sure they would.
The student body and community need to stand up for these boys.

These boys have only made one mistake. Besides all the effort and time they've put into taking classes and passing their classes. I think they deserve to graduate.
