You can give him his diploma when he completes his school work, but at least let him participate in this once in a lifetime event!

This is a classic case of bullying - only it is being instigated by the school district!

Administrators need to start looking at students as individuals and make decisions on a case by case basis! Let him walk with his class, and send the diploma when he finishes the class work.

School is more than courses and grades. This is a learning moment. Use it wisely.

Let him walk. My son was barred too from walking with his class and it was his counselor fault but he did what he needed to do in 48 hours.

I don't know Noah, but as a fellow parent of a high schooler with Primary Immunodeficiency, I understand! #letNoahwalk

As a retired Special Education teacher I am appalled that this has occurred and hope that the decision is changed and Noah is able to walk with his classmates. The celebration part has already been taken away from him. Not sure what example the school district is trying to make.

How can a school punish a student for something he has no control over! You aren't giving him his diploma early...your taking something that means so much to kids! Please don't take this from Noah!

In this case, the administration should learn from the students
