Listen, this is about the kids. I get that sports are competitive, but they are really forgetting what this is about. It's about team building, a confidence boost when they all band for one common goal. Young kids forming bonds with each other. People take these things too seriously now. I say let her play!

I'm sure this has nothing to do with the players on the team but the ignorant parents. At least this young lady isn't doing mature things before her time and wants to put her energy into something positive. LET HER PLAY YOU RAGGEDY PARENTS!

The biggest problem most of the time in youth sports are the adults that run them. People have forgotten what these teams are started for to Let the kids play what is a game.

There is no reason why Leah shouldn't play softball this summer or any time during the year. She grew up here and still lives in town. She has every right to play!!! The coach has no right to stop Leah from playing softball!!! People need to stop being so technical!!! Leah loves softball!!! The coach MUST stop this crap and let her play!!!

This is an outrage!! If you pay taxes in the town, you should be eligible to try out and play for the Rec team in that town. It is all about the children, not politics!!

Let Leah play. She is the most dedicated person I know. She is very passionate about softball. She is on my ironbound team. She has the heart to play like no other. Even when she's injured she plays. Just let her play in the town she grew up in.
