The whole situation is ridiculous. We are all almost grown adults. Just because one person out of all of his students he has had a problem with something they were reading doesn't mean let a great teacher go. I've never had him, but I have never heard one person say anything bad about him. I have only heard good things about Mr. Fish so it would be idiotic to let him go.

I had Mr Fish 5 years ago in the 10th grade and he is one of the best teachers I have ever had! Please let him Teach!

As a parent of 2 of his former students in the classroom & on yearbook staff, I think he is the best teacher at EHS!!! It's a huge mistake to let a teacher go that is so passionate about his job! It's very hard to find good teachers and EHS definitely need them!!!

I had Mr. Fish my senior year. He inspired me to do better. I failed so many tests and constantly did not write in my journal when I knew I was supposed to. I did not put the effort in like I should have. But he didn't judge me or yell at me, his disappointment and his kindness was enough to make me want to do better in his class and to make him proud. I came into his class crying because I was not doing well. I tried to stop myself from crying, but he told me it's okay to cry. No teacher ever had that kind of effect on me. He encouraged me to do better, and I somehow passed that class. He was my favorite teacher! Like stated above, he was a mentor. Now a days they have to be so careful when it comes to talking about sex and stuff, but this is unfair and ridiculous. I've never once questioned Mr. Fish or his character! There is absolutely nothing to question! He's never been Inappropriate or unfair in any way. He's just honest, kind and gentle. Something Easley High school needs and will be missing. Something America needs. The world needs more teachers like Mr. Fish. EHS, this is a day I will not say "Easley for Thee".

Mr. Fish is a great teacher, as a senior in high school myself, I believe that profanity in a classroom should not be treated at this magnitude. Whether we as students use these words in the halls or not, we have all witnessed our peers using these words. Mr. Fish is a good man, and one of the only teachers left that students actually learn from and pay attention to in class. He has always been so involved with the lives of students, unlike other teachers, because he actually cares and wants his student to succeed.

Mr. Fish was a magnificent teacher. He made students actually want to learn, and that is very rare in the school system. He also taught students to think for themselves and not be afraid to have a different opinion. That is a valuable lesson I will never forget.

There is no doubt the great impact Greg Fish has had so many students. I know for a fact my daughter Cera Crowe would not have excelled and pushed herself so much had it not been for the influence and impact that Greg Fish has had on her. It is a shame that our school district not only is tearing down our buildings ,now going after our staff. It is ridiculous unless there are facts that have not been told to the public, but if it's over a cuss word people need to start at home ! He is one of the best leaders at EHS and goes way beyond the call! If there's more please inform us ! Otherwise put this man back to work!

Why in the world would this man NOT be teaching?? He was an English teacher, mentor, and inspiration to me in school...I even have a tshirt commemorating me surviving his rigorous class! His style is conducive with collegiate classes where professors are full of passion, creativity and intensity...what else could you want in a high school teacher?

Greg Fish was the best coach I have ever had. He taught me I could do anything I wanted and to never give up. He gave me more motivation than anyone ever has. I have never met such an inspirational and enthusiastic person in my life. This man is the type of teacher and coach that changes lives!!!
