This is a no-brainer that will help protect our church community from abusive people that walk among us undetected. The safety of many children matters more than the repentance of one person (who will require many years of rehabilitation and actual legal accountability in order to repent).

Honestly it is unbelievable this is only happening now. I’ve heard too many stories of SA committed by lds leaders and have had NOTHING done about it. Very disappointed but happy something’s finally being done.
