Principal Rosa has been an outstanding principal who demonstrates a great Christian attitude. She has only improved the elementary/middle school since she’s worked there. Her work at SAA and her work in past jobs has proven more than enough that she is a very competent principal. She deserves to finish the year working at SAA.

Thanks to all you signers, we reached the goal of 100 supporters in just 52 hours. That means even we underestimated how much support there is to "Let Judie Finish." We would not want additional supporters to see this Petition and figure that their votes are no longer necessary. So Lillian Hepburn-Richmond has increased the goal to 150 supporters. SAA's Board and Administration, and the Chesapeake Conference of SDA, need to hear all the voices that are willing to speak up and be heard. Thank you for your participation, and please continue to share this Petition with all those who care about SAA.

Seeking "GREATER UNITY," a wall was built to keep Judie Rosa out. As you attempt to make S.A.A. GREAT AGAIN, Matthew 7:16 states, "By your fruit you shall be known." Student's and parent's comments only support that God had already provided a principal that was GREAT!

Judie Rosa is the best principal SAA has had since my children began at the school nearly a decade ago. She is a woman of prayer and a true professional. She shows her Christianity not just with words, but by her actions. She is intelligent, compassionate and wise. She leads with kindness, and is one of the hardest working people I know. She does the hard thing, because it is the right thing, and she does it with love. She LOVES the kids, and everything she does, she does with them in mind. I say this, because having taught at SAA under her leadership, I know her well. I am honored to stand by her as a thank you for her tireless efforts on behalf of our school community. I also thank God for all the wonderful teachers who day after day, pour into our children. They love and support Judie, just as all the children and parents who have expressed their support feely in the comments you see. For every one who has written, there are dozens more who agree, with personal testimonies of Judie's devoted efforts toward each one. Five years of success, giving her all, for our children. Unity is not something to divide over, but something to prayerfully work toward as Christian colleagues, bearing with one another. May our God who sees everything, be honored by our school's leadership in the way they handle this situation from this point forward.
Although I'd like to vote twice, please note that the Nancy Rivera who voted earlier is someone else. I'm Nancy Newball-Rivera and I too, support Judie Rosa.

Mrs.Rosa is one of the most charismatic, compassionate, understanding, and hard workers I know. Everything she does is with diligence. Not only did Mrs.Rosa make such good connections with us, but Mrs. Rosa also treated us like her own kids. It is tremendously devastating to see her go knowing that she exemplified a true Christ-like Vice-principal and, I have so much respect for her.

Mrs. Rosa was a very good Christian role model for the student. She had no favorites she always looked at everybody equally and always stood for the right cause and alway look at the best interest of the students. She always cared for everybody and would sacrifice herself for the students and the school.

Mrs Rosa is such an amazing principle. Not only does she engage the student and builds true emotional bonds but encourages a Christian lifestyle. She truly was a hard worker, an amazing mom, a love and Christ like person and does not deserve this. Not to mention the unprofessional lack of closure SAA parents have received. Considering the tuitions amounts more information is deserved. Many students are enrolled here because of Mrs.Rosa

Very saddened as well by the events of the school and admins decision. Even if there are two sides to the story the lack of transparency can do nothing but feed our worst fears.
If you’re going to make a significant move like this it must be done with transparency and in good will.
Judie is a very competent and extremely educated women. Praying for her and her family every day.
