Recently, FHPS students were made aware that all overnight trips had been canceled. Although the refund sequence has started, these cancellations effect multiple itineraries around the district. For example, EMS' Mackinac Island Trip, which was scheduled for May.

This is a really sad thing these kids have to petition for. Overnight trips are a staple in learning and growing as young adults.
I hope they can go. This was a huge deal for my kids when they were finishing up 8th grade. I can’t imagine them missing out on this now that things have finally opened up. These kids have been through enough! Please let them go overnight!
This is a great trip and the kids should be able to stay overnight! 8 hours in a bus in one day is ridiculous!
Over night trips are really fun and great bonding time. You get to hang out with people that you don’t normally hang out and get to know people better:)
I don't want t have to travel 6 hours in one day just to be there for like 4 hours/less

I feel like we either go and pay the 200, but we have to go overnight, or we only go for the day and pay 50
