Please share this story! For over six years my son Ethan has not been allowed to play hockey on his mothers custodial time. She refuses to take him using nothing but excuses on why she cannot. Its taken an emotional toll on my son Ethan. He doesn’t understand why someone who is supposed to love him unconditionally, won’t allow him to pursue his dreams. He’s 15 years old and has an amazing passion for hockey. He’s a tendy and a damn good one. Ethan has been cut from hockey teams because he’s unable to commit to a full time position due to his mother not taking him to any practices or games. Luckily his high school team, staffed with an amazing group of coaches who know Ethan and his love for hockey, allow him to still be a part of the team. They would love to have Ethan full time as well as many club teams if he could commit the time. Ethans dream is to take Hockey into college and maybe even get a scholarship to a great university. He would love to go to the university of Michigan! Ethan really wants as much ice time as possible to get ready for such a goal. Getting on that team is no easy task.
