At some point the boys will realize that this choice was yours — this you can do something about. For their future. Make the decision for them.

Wendy, I met you when you and Dan were first engaged. I watched your joy and love shine through when your kids were born. This story has had a tragic end. I miss my friend Dan, and mourn for his family. Please don’t let your kids miss out on the chance to know their father, through the stories and love his parents can convey. They will wish for that later in life. And you will not be able to turn back the clock.

Like many others, I was touched by this tragic story. Surely you know the right thing to do is to allow your boys a relationship with their grandparents. Imagine if the situation were reversed and your parents were denied access to your children. Please reconsider your position and allow the Markels the chance to love and care for their grandchildren once more.

Nothing in this world is more important than our relationships. It is so important that these boys get to know their paternal side of the family that they probably barely remember. If you chose not to allow their grandparents access, you have most certainly started a divide between you and your children that they will hold you accountable for, for the rest of your life.

What has happened to these grandparents is worse than cruel. They have been victimized repeatedly. Someday Wendi will have to abser her children when they asked why they don’t get to see grandma. This is inhumane and it’s shocking that it’s legal. When Wendi’s behind bars she may no longer have any say.

Going through the same. Estranged 10 years from grandchildren. My daughter listens to her Husband who is a Convicted Felon Name Yarrow Kubrin Sebastopol California.
