Cracker Barrel is amongst the only few restaurants who do not let their employees wear any sort of nail polish or fake nails. Help us change this rule for all Cracker Barrel's all over the country!!!!
The increase in support has moved this issue onto the radar of regional management representatives. I am now finalizing a formal request for a policy review to present at our upcoming meeting.

It is a form of expression and as long as they are a manageable length employees should be allowed to where their nails how they like

I get a lot of compliments on how beautiful my nails are. I also think it’s hard to recruit employees because of not being able to wear your polish and beautiful nails.

Stupid rule, makes me reconsider my employment when plenty of other places allow painted nails AND pay more

I work at Cracker Barrel and all of my customers who have asked about our nails thinks it ridiculous we can’t have color. Change it!

I agree with letting employees wear nails polish but i agree with the fake nails.
They could break, chip, & be a distraction & slow their work down.

I agree, the policy is ridiculous! You can have tattoos but no nail polish, that is completely absurd! I'm sure that causes them to lose a lot of good workers. They should definitely reconsider the rule.
