Let them rebuild. If they want to widen Rt 9 use the empty space on the east side of the road. If they don't rebuild there what would the lot become, a blank piece of land that is just growing weeds. Just like Sweet Jenny's in Barnegat. They moved and the business is still thriving and the piece of land a weed fest.

I would love to see a new Caffreys arise like a Phoenix fromnthe ashes, right where it belongs: steps away from rt 9.
I have two decades of amazing family memories at Caffreys, and look forward to a rebuild at the exact spot the one i loved so dearly was.
