I feel that after 9 months of incarceration,Regina understands the responsibility she had to the community as well as her family. Please allow her to be released based on time served, So that she can get the proper health care from her physician, as well as be untied with her family.

As an advocate fighting for those who deserve a second chance,I understand that as a judge that you must follow the sentencing guide.I am also aware how the media can have impact on high profile cases.Regina has admitted to her wrong doing and she knows that she has let her community down but on the other hand it wasn't intention done.I ask that you weigh all of her accomplishments,time served and her health and grant her time served.

The words of Jesus seems very appropriate during this time! Jesus told the accusers of a woman caught in sin these words "he who is without sin cast the first stone." Although Regina Evans plead guilty to wrong doing, it does not mean she is a wrong doer! In fact, it is quite the contrary! Regina has been a cog in her family and in our church, where I am a fellow parishioner. In signing this petition, I pledge my complete support to Regina!

Robert Montgomery, Regina is an outstanding person, she made one mistake and that one mistake snowballed into downward spiral. Given the opportunity to make amends, I am more than certain that Regina would not make that mistake again. Ms. Regina Evans is an individual whom I have known for several years professionally and personally. I believe every person who encounters challenges daily face a myriad of decisons and sometimes as humans, we make incorredt choices. The lady I know and worked for did everything in her power to instill positive motivation for officers and her staff in her capacity as Chief of Police in our municipality and I am certain that given the opportunity to change the decisions that were made, differnent choices would produce a different outcome. I pray that the powers that be, take into consideration all of the good work that she has contributed to her community. May God be with her at this time.
