NO!! What about fire protection? Will our homes annexed be next? Palos Park is going to provide water and sewer, what will it cost individual home owners? Hundreds of thousands of dollars per home!

Please write/call all 17 county board commissioners to lobby them to vote no against the forest preserve annexation. We need 9 votes to stop this.

We grew up in Lemont - we've worked hard to raise our family in Lemont and we've always planned on growing old in LEMONT - not in any other town because someone - somewhere decides to draw a new line in the ground...NO to Palos!!!!!

I am a resident of Lemont, taxpayer and registered voter. No to annexation! Shame on these property owners who have been supported by Lemont and its residents all these years. They benefitted from the quaintness of this town and now choose selling their souls to the financial devil for a profit?
